All above packs are designed to be installed within a solid screed or concrete floor other methods are available see (Floor Construction) or Contact US
Each pack contains
Multilayer Composite Pipe has become a generic phrase for 5 layer PERT or PEX pipes with a core layer of aluminium. Most of the patent control is in the weld technology which, in the case of the PERT pipe that UK Underfloor Heating supplies , is an overlapped cold ultrasonic weld. Neatly all other manufacturers use a laser “BUTT” weld, which while as strong as the overlap it inhibits the bending and reforming qualities.
Preassembled manifold comes with thermostatic mixing head, grundfos 25/60 pump, temperature gauge, pressure gauge, fill and drain points and inserts for pipe.

Insulation clips are used for securing the fixing rail to the insulation and clipping pipe work in-between fixing rail. These are plastic and come in two sizes 40mm & 55mm. Any insulation thinner the 30mm the smaller clips should be used.

1m strips of profiled plastic grooved every 50mm to clip UFH pipework into. These strips have holes in so it can be clipped directly to the insulation. For concrete floors you would use nail clips instead of the insulation clips to fix to the concrete floor.
This programmable thermostat works in the same way as the other prog
rammable stat and is easy to use SEE USER INSTRUCTIONS PDF. This stat is a slim thermostat and fits close to the wall and is lit by a blue back light. This thermostat fix’s into a 35mm back box. This stat also comes with a floor probe so it can be used to control a wet room by fitting the Thermostat on the wall in a back box outside the bathroom. The probe then runs from the thermostat into the bathroom floor. The thermostat then is controlled by the floor temperature rather than air temperature this is also ideal when using towel rails so the towel rail does not affect the air temperature. This stat can control Air temperature, Floor temperature and Air temperature with a floor temperature limit.
Electronic Mixing Valve

The electronic mixing system allows the manifold to turn the power off (switch live) to the boiler when the water in the underfloor heating is up to temperature. The thermostatic mixing valve stops the flow of water running through the manifold but the boiler will keep running passing through the bypass and only stop when the boiler cuts off because its up to temperature, the boiler will then keep firing to check if the system requires heat this uses gas when not needed.

Used in conjunction with any room thermostats and wiring centre actuators open or shut when thermostats turn on or off allowing water to pass through one or more loops.
Installation Service
Please contact us for details
Please allow 2-4 weeks notice for fitting.
Our installation is in basic installation which included the fitting of the manifold to the wall, the laying of the underfloor heating pipes to the insulation (provided and fitted by others) the filling and pressure testing of the underfloor heating and manifold. You will still need a plumber and an electrician to connect to your existing heating system
