When fixing the underfloor heating to a concrete floor you will need to change the insulation clips to Nail Clips & Plugs this will mean that you will have to drill next to the pipe put the plug in the 5mm hole then knock the nail clip over the pipe and in the plug. This method will take longer to install because of having to drill holes. To change to Nail Clips & Plugs
