Pipes
Because only the best will do for your underfloor heating project. That's why we use 5 layers, there is no point in putting an EVOH oxygen barrier layer on the outside of a pipe where it is susceptible to Physical, Chemical & UV damage not allowing it to act effectively as an oxygen barrier at all. EVOH is a fabulous oxygen permeation barrier but is a delicate material which needs to be protected within the pipe wall to maintain its integrity for the life of the heating or plumbing system.

With IVAR-PEX you can be confident that the oxygen barrier protecting your heating system from corrosion or your portable water system from harmful bacteria, remains intact even in the harshest of environments. And as EVOH is a polymer itself it expands and contracts with the PEX pipe, eliminating the delamination problems associated with metallic barrier

Manifolds
The manifolds installed are machined and assembled automatically, they are pressure tested with all fittings and accessories pre-mounted to be sure there are no leaks.

They are solid one piece 11/4” brass manifolds with a quality specification that surpasses all EU regulations. The quality control systems have been granted ISO 9001.

Pumps
Electronic pumps constantly monitor the flow rate requirements of your heating system and adjust their speed accordingly. The result is an accurate flow rate of water round the floorwarming system, reducing noise and increasing the efficiency and the life span of the pump.

Wiring Centre
Every underfloor heating system fitted has a wiring centre at each manifold, this unit allows for ease of electrical installation and provides boiler isolation at times of no demand.

Accessories
Steel cabinets provide extra security for manifolds in public buildings. Can be surface mounted or built in to the wall.
