25mm EPS Grooved Insulation Board 150 200mm Centres
Profoil insulation boards are mainly used in retrofit situations or when traditional installation methods cannot be used. The EPS 150 high-density boards is our preferred strength rating for our 16mm Pert Al Pert pipe. This board also has a metalized coating which acts as a radiant surface making heat transfer as effective as possible and reducing the response times for the underfloor heating. Please note that the 200mm centre grooved boards are suitable for heat sources that can produce more than 50°c and rooms should be insulated to current building regulations. The floor covering should be a tongue and groove chipboard or plywood no more than 22mm, for optimum performance use Knauf brio boar
